Alignment-Based Yoga & Gentle Therapeutic Bodywork

I help people decrease pain and restore natural posture through alignment-based yoga and gentle therapeutic bodywork that supports lasting ease in how the body moves.

🌿

This is a welcoming yoga and wellness space where women reconnect with their bodies, feel accepted as they are, and rediscover belonging through mindful, supportive movement.

🌿

Practice live online from anywhere while staying connected to supportive community and personalized guidance.

My Approach

At In Your Body, yoga is rooted in acceptance, belonging, and listening to your body’s wisdom.

Acceptance
You don’t have to change or perform to belong here. Classes and sessions meet you exactly where you are.

Belonging
Practice becomes a pathway to reconnect with yourself and supportive community.

Embodied Wisdom
Your body holds deep intelligence. Through mindful, alignment-based movement and gentle hands-on work, you learn to listen to what your body is telling you and respond with care.

This is yoga that supports your whole life — not just your time on the mat.

Why Women Come to This Work

Many women come to yoga feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by life transitions, or unsure how to listen to what they truly need.

Through mindful movement, alignment-based yoga, and supportive community, clients often begin to feel more connected to their bodies, more at ease in how they move, and more confident in caring for themselves.

If this kind of supportive, body-centered practice resonates with you, I would be honored to practice with you.

In my bodywork sessions, I use techniques such as applying hand pressure along meridians, precise pressure on areas of muscle tension, stretching, long fluid strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic motions to relax muscles and encourage relaxation.

You can book a bodywork session by calling or texting me at 314.497.8452.
