Start your weekend feeling strong, steady, and centered.


This all-levels class blends mindfulness, biomechanics, and alignment to build both strength and inner steadiness—inside and out.

We begin with grounding breath and presence, move into flowing somatic warm-ups to soften the tissues, then explore asanas that support the day’s theme. We close with a restorative relaxation to leave you refreshed and ready for your day.

You’ll get the Zoom link and instructions in your confirmation email.


All bodies welcome—just move at your own pace.

Fee: $15 for one class or $60 for a package of 5 classes.

Props needed for this class: Yoga mat, wall, yoga blanket, strap & two blocks. Please go to the resources page if you need to purchase props.

Replays will be available to members only. You can become a member for $49/month auto-pay. No commitment, cancel any time. Replays are included in a membership.

A midweek exhale for your body, mind, and heart. This restorative class uses props to fully support each pose, inviting deep ease, quiet relaxation, and gentle renewal.

We’ll start with a short check-in to see what’s needed that evening, settle into grounding breath, then ease through flowing somatic movements or gentle yoga poses. We’ll finish with restorative postures—supported and held for 3–15 minutes—to help you feel rested, nourished, and restored.

You’ll get the Zoom link and instructions in your confirmation email.

All ages and experience levels welcome—just move at your own pace.

Props needed: yoga mat, two blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a strap, and a folding chair.

Fee: $15/class or $60 for 5 class cards

I can take your needs, desires and goals and turn them into a practice that is fun and supportive for you.

The practices of yoga serve to bring us into better balance in our lives, bodies, hearts and minds.

Because a regulated nervous system is the goal, your practice will look different day to day and may take various forms.

Private yoga can help

In some private yoga lessons, you may learn breathing techniques to help you calm down and poses to deeply relax. Other days we will practice poses to support your strength or bring balance to activities like running or other physical pursuits.

We can address limitations that keep you stuck in old patterns and create new patterns both physically and mentally.

You will leave every session with a profound sense of support, feeling like you had a rejuvenating nap, transformative bodywork, and an increased feeling of well-being to tackle whatever the day holds.

How We Can Work Together:

Virtual Appointments

Zoom yoga sessions offer the benefits of personalized instruction specific to your needs and goals.

I guide and observe your practice through the camera and provide real time observations and adjustments.

I adapt sessions to accommodate your surroundings, preferences, and any limitations you may have.

This leads to a more personalized and effective home practice.

Zoom private yoga sessions can be accessible if you face barriers to attending in-person classes, such as living in remote areas, disabilities, or limited access to transportation.

Sessions are 60 minutes and available Monday-Saturday.

Fee: $75 per hour, Package discount: 5 sessions for $300

Studio Sessions

I see clients at my private home studio near Frenchy’s Field in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Here I offer you a dedicated yoga space with a full array of props.

There will be none of the distractions from your regular life.

These sessions are 60 minutes and are available Mondays through Fridays.

Priority for scheduling will be given to students who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).

Fee: $75 + tax per session or Package Discount (3 sessions for $210). Outcalls also available in the privacy of your own home for $120 + tax per session.
