When you step into a class or session with me, you’re stepping into a space designed to help you feel accepted, grounded, spacious, and deeply supported.
Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, midlife shifts, invisible conditions, or the everyday overwhelm of being a woman in this world—you don’t have to do it alone.
Through movement, awareness, and compassionate community, my work supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, rediscovering belonging, and experiencing a deeper sense of wholeness in their lives.
Together, we work gently and powerfully to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom. You’ll learn to soften what feels rigid, strengthen what feels uncertain, and discover what becomes possible when you stop pushing and start listening.
In our work together, healing isn’t a to-do list—it’s a remembering.
Through mindful movement, hands-on support, and practices that meet you exactly where you are, you’ll begin to:
• Move with more ease and clarity
• Create space in places that feel stuck
• Build awareness that carries into your daily life
• Release long-held tension—physical and emotional
• Reclaim a practice that feels like yours
• Feel more connected to yourself, your community, and your life
This work is about transformation—not through force, but through presence, acceptance, and relationship.
I’m a Women’s Wellbeing Advocate, E-RYT, LMT, and Certified Health Coach—and a lifelong student of what it means to feel truly at home in the body.
I know what it feels like to live disconnected from your body and your feelings. Yoga and community helped me find healing, freedom, and a sense of belonging I had not experienced anywhere else. That experience of belonging helped me feel whole—and it continues to shape how I hold space for others today.
Yoga first found me when I was nine, introduced by my parents. In my 20s, I rediscovered its power during a time of personal healing. What began with laughter and curiosity gradually became a steady path of learning, unlearning, and returning home to myself.
I am trained in alignment-based yoga through Anusara and Iyengar traditions and have studied with influential teachers including Judith Lasater, Desiree Rumbaugh, Tias Little, and Thomas Fortel. Their teachings continue to shape my approach to therapeutic and embodied movement.
My work is also shaped by decades of bodywork training. I am trained in the Trager Approach, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Embodied Transformation Facilitation. These modalities allow me to support the nervous system in intuitive and profound ways, helping clients rediscover softness, sensation, and trust in their own bodies.
But most of all, I believe healing happens in relationship and community.
In my early years, I lived in shared spaces filled with dance, yoga, creativity, and the experience of being fully human together. That sense of connection and celebration continues to live in every class, circle, and one-on-one session I offer.
My intention is to create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, feel accepted as they are, and experience belonging — within their bodies, within supportive community, and within their lives as a whole.
