Come Home to Your Body
When you step into a class or session with me, you’re stepping into a space designed to help you feel grounded, spacious, and deeply supported.
Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, midlife shifts, invisible conditions, or the everyday overwhelm of being a woman in this world—you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we work gently and powerfully to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom. You’ll learn to soften what’s rigid, strengthen what feels shaky, and discover what’s possible when you stop pushing and start listening.
What You Can Expect
In our work together, healing isn’t a to-do list—it’s a remembering.
Through mindful movement, hands-on support, and practices that meet you where you are, you’ll begin to:
Move with more ease and clarity
Create space in places that feel stuck
Build awareness that carries into your daily life
Release long-held tension—physical and emotional
Reclaim a practice that feels like yours
Feel more connected to yourself and others
This work is about transformation—not through force, but through presence.
Hi, I'm JennTara
I’m a Women’s Wellbeing Advocate, E-RYT, LMT, and Certified Health Coach—and a lifelong student of what it means to feel truly in your body.
Yoga first found me when I was nine, introduced by my parents. In my 20s, I rediscovered its power during a time of personal healing. What started with laughter and curiosity grew into a steady path of learning, unlearning, and coming home to myself.
I’ve trained deeply in alignment-based yoga through Anusara and Iyengar traditions, and continue to study therapeutic movement, trauma-informed practices, and the subtle body with teachers like Judith Lasater, Desiree Rumbaugh, Tias Little, and Thomas Fortel. My meditation practice, rooted in Vipassana, has shown me how much the body holds—and how much it can release, when given space.
My work is also shaped by decades of bodywork. I’m trained in the Trager Approach, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Embodied Transformation Facilitation. These tools allow me to support your nervous system in a profound and intuitive way, helping you find softness, safety, and sensation in your own skin.
But most of all, I believe healing happens in community. In my early years, I lived in shared spaces filled with dance, yoga, and the creative energy of being fully human together. That sense of connection and celebration lives on in every class, circle, and one-on-one session I offer.
I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with my husband—a Doctor of Oriental Medicine—and our tween son. Our home is filled with healing—nourishing food, music, movement, and the kind of funny sitcoms that keep us laughing. We live holistically and with intention, committed to creating a more conscious, embodied world. Bodywork is woven into our everyday life—we trade sessions, share wisdom, and support each other’s healing with care and presence.
If you’re ready to embark on this journey of healing and embodiment, let’s connect.
