How Holistic Health Coaching Supports You:

Whether you’re navigating chronic health conditions, low energy, stress and burnout, digestive challenges, or simply want to feel better day-to-day, this coaching empowers you to build sustainable habits that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Together, we’ll work through three key phases:

  1. Reveal what’s getting in the way of your health and vitality.
  2. Remove the barriers—whether toxins, stressors, or habits that no longer serve you.
  3. Restore your body’s natural balance by replenishing nutrients, supporting your microbiome, nurturing your nervous system, and rebuilding energy at the cellular level.

What’s Included:

90-minute intake session: A deep, compassionate conversation about your health history, goals, and what you’re hoping to change—so you feel seen, heard, and supported from the start.


Personalized Holistic Health Plan: Your tailored roadmap to better health, covering nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. If lab tests are recommended, we’ll discuss them (they’re optional and not included in the coaching fee).


60-minute follow-up session: We’ll review your plan together and map out your first steps toward lasting change.

Fee: $249 + tax (for New Mexico residents)
