In-Person Private Yoga

As your private yoga guide, I meet you exactly where you are—honoring your body’s wisdom, your desires, and your unique goals. Together, we’ll co-create a practice that feels joyful, supportive, and deeply aligned with what you most need in the moment.

Yoga is an invitation to rediscover balance—in your body, your breath, your heart, and your mind. Because true regulation of the nervous system unfolds over time, your practice will adapt day to day, taking on the shape that best nurtures your well-being.

What to Expect in Your Sessions

  • Gentle days: You may explore calming breath practices and restorative poses that feel like a nurturing embrace for your nervous system.
  • Strength days: We’ll weave dynamic sequences to support your fitness pursuits—whether you run, lift weights, or simply want more vitality in daily life.
  • Pattern-shifting: We’ll gently unravel habits that keep you stuck—both physically (tight hips, tense shoulders) and mentally (old stories, unhelpful thought loops)—and guide you into new, life-giving ways of moving and being.

After each session, you’ll leave feeling cradled in support—like you’ve just enjoyed a restorative nap, transformative bodywork, and a clear sense of spaciousness. You’ll carry that shift into whatever the rest of your day holds.

How We Can Work Together:

Studio Sessions

I see clients at my private home studio near Frenchy’s Field in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Here I offer you a dedicated yoga space with a full array of props.

There will be none of the distractions from your regular life.

These sessions are 60 minutes and are available Mondays through Fridays.

Priority for scheduling will be given to students who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).

Fee: $75 + tax per session or Package Discount (3 sessions for $210). Outcalls also available in the privacy of your own home for $120 + tax per session.

How It Works:

  1. Call or text to set up appointment. 314.497.8452.
  2. I will send you an intake form to complete. Or you can complete the intake form here.
  3. You can pay by check or cash for individual appointments at the time of the appointment or purchase a package discount on the website to be redeemed when scheduling appointment.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email.
  5. Call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
Except in the case of emergency or illness, appointments canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged full fee. If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment, you may apply whatever fees you have paid toward another appointment time
