Spring is arriving — but the chill hasn’t fully left. Spring doesn’t mean safe yet. Cold mornings, damp nights, and unpredictable weather still impact our unhoused neighbors.
While we’re noticing longer days and small signs of hope, many of our neighbors are still facing cold mornings and damp nights without adequate protection.
Join us for our rescheduled Yoga for a Cause as we continue providing seasonal warmth and care through St. Patrick Center.
Because spring doesn’t feel like spring for everyone.

If you can’t attend live, you will receive the class recording so you can practice later.
If you use your class card or membership, your class fee will automatically be donated. If you would like to donate more, you can choose a tiered donation level below.

This will be an accessible practice focused on balance, warmth, and renewal as we move through the seasonal transition into spring.
All levels are welcome.

3. Choose your method of payment
4. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.
5. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours prior to the start time that includes the zoom link.
6. I recommend having your video camera on and your space visible, which allows me to assist with alignment. It also fosters a sense of community. Participants will be muted as the class starts.
*Class may be last-minute canceled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, parent exhaustion, or an emergency.
JennTara Ward is a dedicated women’s wellness advocate, seasoned yoga instructor (E-RYT 200, YACEP), bodyworker, and holistic family health coach with over 25 years of experience.
Through alignment-based yoga and gentle therapeutic bodywork, she helps people decrease pain, restore natural posture, and experience greater ease in how their bodies move.
Her heartfelt classes offer women a welcoming space to reconnect with their bodies through the lived experience of movement, nurturing the union of mind, body, and heart. Through mindful practice and supportive community, students cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being both individually and collectively.
