Zoom Private Yoga

As your private yoga teacher, I will meet you exactly where you are and help you figure out what you need most from your practice.

I can take your needs, desires and goals and turn them into a practice that is fun and supportive for you.

The practices of yoga serve to bring us into better balance in our lives, bodies, hearts and minds.

Because a regulated nervous system is the goal, your practice will look different day to day and may take various forms.

Private yoga can help

  • You feel more ease, flexibility and health
  • Integrate better self-care into your daily routine
  • Challenge your physical strength and help you feel stronger
  • Regulate your nervous system so you can respond rather than react to modern stresses
  • Ground and center you so you can be more productive and less scattered

In some private yoga lessons, you may learn breathing techniques to help you calm down and poses to deeply relax. Other days we will practice poses to support your strength or bring balance to activities like running or other physical pursuits.

We can address limitations that keep you stuck in old patterns and create new patterns both physically and mentally.

You will leave every session with a profound sense of support, feeling like you had a rejuvenating nap, transformative bodywork, and an increased feeling of well-being to tackle whatever the day holds.

How We Can Work Together:

Virtual Appointments

Zoom yoga sessions offer the benefits of personalized instruction specific to your needs and goals.

I guide and observe your practice through the camera and provide real time observations and adjustments.

I adapt sessions to accommodate your surroundings, preferences, and any limitations you may have.

This leads to a more personalized and effective home practice.

Zoom private yoga sessions can be accessible if you face barriers to attending in-person classes, such as living in remote areas, disabilities, or limited access to transportation.

Sessions are 60 minutes and available Monday-Saturday.

Fee: $75 per hour, Package discount: 5 sessions for $300

How it works:

  1. Choose book now button at top of this page
  2. Choose date and time from drop down schedule
  3. You will get a confirmation email and zoom link after you sign up
  4. You will also get a reminder email 24 hours & 30 minutes prior to your appointment
  5. Please have a yoga mat, two blocks, yoga strap and yoga blanket and set up near a wall or a door
  6. Please make sure that you have the Zoom App downloaded onto your computer or tablet and place your camera facing your mat so I can see you. Laptops work best for this type of session.

Can't find a time on the schedule that works for you? Please call or text me at 314.497.8452 and I will try to find a time especially for you.

Cancellation Policy:

Except in the case of emergency or illness, appointments canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged full fee. If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment, you may apply whatever fees you have paid toward another appointment time.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER JENNTARA

Women’s wellness advocate, JennTara Ward, is a seasoned yoga instructor (E-RYT, YAECP), bodyworker, and holistic family health coach with over 25 years of expertise. Her carefully crafted alignment-based yoga classes are designed to offer women a therapeutic space that honors the lived experience of the body, fosters body awareness, and nurtures the union of mind, body & heart to promote holistic well-being both individually and collectively.
