Expansion & Light - 60 minutes

We begin with gentle centering and breath awareness to arrive in the body and settle the nervous system. From there, warm-up movements gradually awaken and prepare the body for deeper work. Standing poses invite a sense of grounding and expansion, connecting you to stability and spaciousness. Heart openers and backbends follow, gently encouraging you to open to your inner light. The practice winds down with cooling postures designed to soothe the body and guide you into stillness—where you can rest in presence and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
