60 Minute Class
This practice honors the turning of the seasons with movement and breath designed to bring you into balance. Together, we explore the rhythm of expansion and contraction — widening the low back, belly, and pelvic floor on the inhale, then gently drawing the belly, spine, and midline inward on the exhale. Through mindful asana, you’ll experience the dynamic interplay of squeezing toward center and expanding outward, aligning your body and breath with the energy of the equinox — a time of balance, release, and renewal.
