This practice awakens the body with mindful attention and balanced energy. We open the heart and chest to invite more space for breath, stretch the hip flexors to release tightness from sitting, and strengthen the back body to support better posture and stability throughout the day.

Gentle, steady movements align strength with ease — and the practice closes with soothing hip openers to restore balance and harmony through the whole body.
