This grounding practice is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease in your body. We’ll begin with centering and gentle, mindful movement to warm the body, followed by thigh stretches to create space and support the lower back and hips. From there, we’ll move into reclined poses, seated forward bends, and gentle twists—postures that naturally soothe the nervous system and encourage deep, steady breathing.
This class is ideal if you’re feeling overstimulated, fatigued, or in need of quiet, nourishing movement. Expect a steady, accessible pace and plenty of time to feel the effects of each pose as you soften and unwind.
