A balanced mix of shoulder openers, lunges, standing poses, and hip openers, finishing with bridge and a gentle reclined twist. This practice offers a little of everything to help you feel open, grounded, and refreshed from head to toe.
I was also experimenting with mirroring in this class—cueing right and left while demonstrating the opposite side—so if anything feels confusing, simply follow my verbal directions rather than matching what I’m doing on screen.
