Mindful Morning: Throat Chakra & Jalandhara Bhanda

Soften your shoulders, lengthen your neck, and open the subtle channel between heart and mind. In this practice, we explore the throat chakra (Vishuddha) through mindful movement, breath, and the subtle seal of Jalandhara Bandha—the gentle throat lock that tones the neck and throat.

You’ll move through supine undulations, supported Matsyasana, forward folds, supported bridge and shoulder stand to release tension around the neck and shoulders. We’ll finish with Nadi Shodhana pranayama and Savasana to refine awareness and restore calm.

This class helps clear stagnation in the throat and shoulders, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner voice—the space where truth, clarity, and expression flow freely.
