This closing practice of the year emphasizes twisting postures to gently stimulate the abdominal organs and support release on a physical level. As the body unwinds, we turn toward reflection, ending with a guided meditation on forgiveness— softening self-judgment, acknowledging our humanity, and accepting our imperfections as part of being alive.
