Mindful Morning: Yoga for a Cause

This Yoga for a Cause class is centered on new beginnings and the gentle practice of compassion—for yourself and for others. Inspired by the energy of spring, each moment offers an opportunity to begin again, meeting ourselves with kindness instead of judgment. The practice focuses on creating stability in the pelvis and low back while opening the hips, supporting both physical ease and a deeper sense of grounding and renewal. All proceeds from this class went to support the unhoused mobile outreach through the St. Patrick's Center in St. Louis.
