Rest + Restore: Autumnal Equinox Restorative Practice

This calming class uses two blankets, a bolster, and two blocks to fully support your body in restful postures. With gentle breathwork, supported forward folds, twists, bridge, and a final Stonehenge rest, you’ll activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress, ease inflammation, and strengthen immune resilience as we cross the threshold into the season of Autumn.
