Rest & Restore: Closing the Year with Ease

As we approach the winter solstice—the most inward, reflective point of the year—this Rest & Restore practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the lens of Yoga.

Together, we’ll explore gentle restorative poses that help illuminate what you're ready to release and what you want to carry forward with clarity and intention. Supportive twists will help wring out the old year. Soft shoulder openers will create space across the heart. A nurturing reclined bound angle invites openness and ease. We’ll close with legs up the wall to calm the nervous system and settle into stillness.

This practice is a space to notice, reflect, and soften into what is real and meaningful as the light begins its slow return.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, and let’s rest into the restorative and reflective energy of winter.
