This class offered a full hour of deep rest — a chance to unwind, breathe, and simply be. We moved slowly through a sequence of fully supported restorative poses designed to soothe the nervous system and release tension from the shoulders, ribs, and heart space.

Reclined chest openers invited expansion and ease, supported side bends softened the breath, and gentle pranayama guided the mind toward stillness. Perfect for evenings when your body feels weary and your spirit needs replenishment.
