Rest + Restore: Grounding the Nervous System

This slow, supportive class is designed to help you settle, exhale, and restore a sense of ease in your body and nervous system.

We begin with gentle pranayama in supported Virasana (Hero Pose), inviting the breath to slow and the body to feel grounded. From there, we move through simple warm-ups and a standing wide-legged forward fold to release tension and encourage calming energy.

The practice ends with extended restorative poses, including Supta Baddha Konasana (reclined butterfly), supported wide-legged forward fold, and legs up the wall variations, all fully propped to support deep rest.
