This gentle class focuses on slowing down and reconnecting with the breath. We’ll explore how the breath naturally engages the transverse abdominals to support the spine and create stability from the inside out. Gentle hip stretches help release tension and support a healthy lower back. The practice ends in a restful reclined bound angle pose, allowing the body and nervous system to settle deeply into relaxation.
