This restorative practice begins with gentle self-massage for the neck and shoulders, releasing held tension and inviting awareness into areas that often carry strain. Supported poses, including heart openers and side-lying stretches, create a sense of ease and spaciousness, allowing the breath to deepen and the nervous system to settle. Through stillness, support, and mindful alignment, the body is invited to unwind, soften, and return to a place of inner balance and connection.
