Steady & Clear: Grounding for hips, legs & digestion

60 Minute Class

This 60-minute class focuses on the downward flow of prana through the hips and legs, supporting your body’s natural rhythms of grounding and elimination. We begin with a gentle somatic warm-up to awaken awareness in the lower body, followed by a steady progression of standing poses, hip openers and forward bends that build strength and mobility in the hips and legs while encouraging prana to flow downward. We close with 10 minutes of restorative postures to integrate, soften, and receive the support of the earth.

This class is designed to help you feel rooted, steady, and at home in your body while supporting your body’s natural processes of letting go—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
