s we arrive at the end of the year, this Mindful Morning class invites you to pause and reflect through the lens of Yoga Sutra 2.1—the balance of self-effort, self-study, and surrender.

Class begins with steady standing poses to awaken strength, stability, and a sense of grounded effort. We’ll transition into seated postures that encourage deeper listening and awareness. The practice culminates in nuclear pigeon, a spacious hip opener that invites you embody self-effort, awareness and letting go.

This is a morning to move with intention, breathe with presence, and honor the body’s quiet wisdom as we cross the threshold into a new cycle.
