Move your body, slow your breath, and settle your nervous system while helping keep someone warm this winter.
This gentle, grounding yoga class is offered as a community fundraiser, with all proceeds going to St. Patrick Center in St. Louis, supporting efforts to keep our unhoused neighbors warm during the cold months. The practice is accessible, nourishing, and focused on care—both inward and outward.
There is no set fee. Give what you can. Every contribution matters.
For every $25 raised, we can help keep someone warm:
$17 provides gloves and hot hands for three people
$29 provides hot hands for 10 people (enough for 7 days)
$75 provides wool blankets for three people
$130 equips one person with everything they need to stay warm
(blanket, sleeping bag, gloves, hot hands, cap, and wool socks)
This is yoga in action—using presence, generosity, and community care to meet real needs. Come as you are, practice with intention, and help extend warmth beyond the mat.
All bodies welcome—just move at your own pace.
