Rest and Restore Zoom Yoga
WED OCT 8, 6:30 - 7:30 PM MDT

A 60-minute Restorative Zoom yoga class that includes quiet relaxation to restore balance to your body, mind and heart. Rest and Restore focuses on the use of props in yoga poses in order to facilitate ease, relaxation and health.

All ages and experience levels are welcome here.

Class begins with a short check in to see what is needed for each student that night, a grounding and centering practice, followed by flowing somatic movements, and finish with restorative postures held for 3-15 minutes each.

This class takes place on Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. Mountain Time, 7:30 p.m. Central Time

Props needed for this class: A yoga mat, two yoga blankets, a bolster, two blocks, strap and folding chair or wall.

Fee: $15/class or $60 for 5 class cards

Replays will be available to members only. You can become a member for $49/month auto-pay. No commitment, cancel any time.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page.

3. Choose your method of payment

4. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

5. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

6. I recommend having your video camera on and your space visible, which allows me to assist with alignment and fosters a sense of community. Participants will be muted as the class starts.

*Class may be last-minute canceled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, parent exhaustion, an inconsolable baby or an emergency.

Women’s wellness advocate, JennTara Ward, is a seasoned yoga instructor (E-RYT, YAECP), bodyworker, and holistic family health coach with over 25 years of expertise. Her carefully crafted alignment-based yoga classes are designed to offer women a therapeutic space that honors the lived experience of the body, fosters body awareness, and nurtures the union of mind, body & heart to promote holistic well-being both individually and collectively.
