Start your weekend feeling strong, steady, and centered.


This all-levels class blends mindfulness, biomechanics, and alignment to build both strength and inner steadiness—inside and out.

We begin with grounding breath and presence, move into flowing somatic warm-ups to soften the tissues, then explore asanas that support the day’s theme. We close with a restorative relaxation to leave you refreshed and ready for your day.

All bodies welcome—just move at your own pace.

Fee: $15 for one class or $60 for a package of 5 classes.

Props needed for this class: Yoga mat, wall, yoga blanket, strap & two blocks. Please go to the resources page if you need to purchase props.

Replays will be available to members only. You can become a member for $49/month auto-pay. No commitment, cancel any time. Replays are included in a membership.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the SCHEDULE PAGE

3. Choose your method of payment

4. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.

5. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours prior to the start time that includes the zoom link.

6. I recommend having your video camera on and your space visible, which allows me to assist with alignment. It also fosters a sense of community. Participants will be muted as the class starts.

*Class may be last-minute canceled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, parent exhaustion, or an emergency.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER JENNTARA

JennTara Ward, a dedicated Women’s Wellness Advocate, is a seasoned yoga instructor (E-RYT 200, YACEP), bodyworker, and holistic family health coach with over 25 years of experience. Her heartfelt, alignment-based yoga classes provide women with a space to awaken through the lived experience of the body, nurturing the union of mind, body, and heart to promote holistic well-being both individually and collectively.
